Blue Cross of Idaho is using the Data Domain DD580. The INI Group interviewed Dennis Lawson, supervisor of technical network services. This is how Dennis describes his role:
“I’m the supervisor of technical network services. We take care of all of the infrastructure, servers, network, telephone system, backups, AIX, pretty much all of the server-side.”
