Rainey-Kizer Reviere and Bell PLC is using HP Lerfthand VMware VSA. The INI Group interviewed Koie Smith IT administrator.This is how Koie describes his role:
My role here at Rainey Kizer is IT administrator. I've been here a little over five years. My overall responsibilities at Rainey Kizer are to manage our servers, our network, take care of desktops, manage the help desk that we have. Beyond that it extends into finding new technology for the firm, finding things that will enable our attorneys to practice law better than they do now, implement technology that enhances what our support staff is capable of doing. Just the basic IT administrator functions that most places have, budgeting, troubleshooting, that kind of thing."
