The INI Group interviewed Eric Hawley, associate vice president and Orrin Anderson, system administrator.

"I
serve as the associate vice president....in charge of the technical architecture
for the institution and the strategic direction of the information technology."

a systems administrator. I handle various
things, but my main responsibility is the back-up system that we have."
